The fitness studio itself is calm and inviting—a serene atmosphere designed to support your inner work and deepen your practice.
With class sizes limited to just 15, each session maintains a personal and connected group energy. Practising yoga in a small, like-hearted community amplifies the transformative power of group consciousness. Together, we breathe, move, and rise—creating a sacred space where each individual feels seen, supported, and strengthened. Upon receipt of booking you will receive a confirmation email with receipt and details of the class booking.
Led by a qualified holistic health practitioner with over a decade of experience in teaching yoga, these sessions guide you through the rich layers of Akali Yoga. Rooted in resilience and spiritual depth, each class integrates dynamic kriyas, warrior asan, flowing vinyasa, and Gurbani mantra sound vibration to clear energy blocks, and realign you with your fearless whole self.
